How to submit your list
The list and the picture shall be send by e-mail to info@myelegant.com two weeks before the event WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE LIST BY FAX OR HAND DELIVERY. Please make sure you write your invoice number and your name in the e-mail subject.
How to make the list
1. You can do your list in alphabetical order or numerical order.
2. The list shall be done JUST in one column from A to Z OR from 1 to 20 (depends on how many table you have)
3. Do not write the names just in capital letter.(MR. RICHARD ANDERSON AND FAMILY)
4. The names most be written in this format (Mr. Richard Anderson and Family)
5. The list have to be provide form the following programs: (Microsoft excel or Microsoft Word). If you use other software make sure to save the documents as those windows format.
6. The image should have a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi). Only JPG/JPEG file types will be accepted. The maximum file size 3 MB
