Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to the entire customer online or in store.
• Provide customer service and technical support via phone, fax, and email for a variety of customer concerns, including product questions, order placement and design, order status, etiquette, and quality.
• Assist production personnel with questions related to customer orders, including print quality and fulfillment concerns.
• Provide after sale support including returns, and recreation of damaged or wrong orders.
• Monitor and resolve problems regarding billing, credits and promotional offers.
• Organize, track and resolve delayed orders due to various hold states.
• Maintain filing system of orders and other related reports.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

Openings for full-time, day and afternoon shifts available. Depending upon workload and seasonal peaks, this position requires overtime and weekend.

Create optimized web ready graphic with a detailed understanding of how web pages are built.
Ability to collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and usability teams.
Provide input into the merchandising presentation of consumer products online.
Responsible for all online call.
Support and help customer making online orders.
